Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened Seals Only)
Every 1.00 g borosilicate flacon carries an inner food-contact hygiene tamper seal beneath its decorative cork top. Where statutory distance-selling cancellation rights apply (such as the 14-day UK/EU consumer withdrawal period), coffrets may be returned only if the inner food-contact hygiene tamper seal remains completely unbroken and unaltered.
Transit Damage, Broken Flacon or Compromised Seal
If your coffret arrives with outer courier impact, glass breakage, or a pre-compromised tamper seal, photograph the parcel and Lot ID within 48 hours of delivery and notify our Private Client Desk. We arrange priority replacement from an audited lot or a full refund immediately.
