1. Net Content & Presentation Specification
Each inaugural coffret contains exactly 1.00 g net weight (0.035 oz) of whole crimson Crocus sativus stigmas sealed in a borosilicate glass flacon, accompanied by a woven jute pouch and rigid black-and-gold presentation box. Packaging vessels are protective presentation components and are never counted toward spice net weight.
2. Market-by-Market Dispatch Eligibility
Orders are accepted exclusively for destination countries marked as cleared in our checkout selector (including domestic India GST dispatch and approved international air lanes). ZAFORA reserves the right to decline or refund orders routed through freight forwarders into jurisdictions where phytosanitary or food-import clearances are restricted.
3. Domestic GST, DDP & DDU Customs Terms
Each order records an immutable snapshot of its disclosed tax and customs mode at checkout. In India (IN), pricing includes domestic GST and air carriage. On Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) lanes (UK, UAE, US), import clearance and applicable duties are settled upfront. On Delivered At Place (DDU) lanes (EU), the recipient is responsible for member-state import VAT and carrier clearance fees upon arrival.
4. Culinary Purpose & Evidentiary Boundaries
All products and monographs are offered strictly for culinary, aromatic, cultural, and gifting enjoyment. Nothing published by ZAFORA constitutes medical advice or a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
